Initiate completes follow-on acquisition of Dark Peak Analytics

Queen’s Park Equity (“QPE”) is delighted to announce that Initiate, the full-service global market access and HEOR consultancy, has acquired Dark Peak Analytics, a specialist health economics modelling and analytics business.

Together, the businesses will provide a broader, end-to-end offering across market access, health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), health technology assessment (HTA), evidence generation, modelling, analytics and technology-enabled solutions. This strengthens the combined business’s ability to support clients across the product lifecycle and pursue larger, more strategic opportunities.

The businesses are coming together as one organisation, combining their people, expertise and capabilities to create a stronger platform for future growth. The combination brings together two highly complementary businesses with a shared commitment to high-quality scientific and strategic thinking, excellent client delivery and long-term client relationships.
